The safe code is a simple substitution cypher with numbers instead of letters, if you look at
the code there is always an even number of numbers in each group. Also these numbers taken
in pairs have values from 01 to 26. The code is ine English, so you can assume that the word
'the' is in there somewhere. There are three 3-letter words, one of them must be 'the', as 
luck would have it it's the first three letter word. Below is the solution:

LEVEL 3: The Matrix Code

The Matrix code is also a simple substitution cypher but uses symbols instead of letters or
numbers. This makes a text based walkthrough a little complicated, so I will use characters
that look as similar as I can to the symbols. One other thing making this code more difficult 
is that some letters have two symbols. Below is the translated text:

technique reportedly used by DaVinci - writing from right to left. The chars are not mirrored
as I believe DaVinci used because this would be too obvious and this is the last level.
